This shows a big decrease of 46.5% of total units sold but .5% increase in average sale price

2007 - 47 units sold - Average sales price was $119,630
2006 - 92 units sold - Average sales price was $131,319
This shows another big decrease of 48.9% of total units sold and a decrease of 8.9% in price
