Another sold property! We found the buyer, a first-timer, for a beautiful Oak Lawn condo that was remodeled and like-new. It was already listed at a good price but we worked hard to get our buyer an even better price. Our buyer was super happy to get a condo that was in move-in condition at such a great price.
