If you dislike Winter as much as I do it seems like Spring will never arrive. But it’s here today - dark, cloudy and rainy. But I’ll take it!
My last “blog skin” or “template” had a winter theme so I’m going to be switching around a bit until I find a new Spring theme I like. As always, if you have some local photos you’d like me to incorporate here please let me know by contacting me and we’ll make arrangements for you to send them via e-mail.
Of course, the Spring season is when the real estate market really starts opening up. I’m seeing a lot more MLS searches coming in and more people are filling out the Home Finder Form. I am also getting more and more sellers calling to list thier homes for sale.
Remember, you can save your searches on the Northern Illinois MLS and continue to come back and search again. Our MLS requires registration but once you do it (quick & easy) you don’t have to continue unless you haven’t logged-in for more than 30 days. This is not the same home search most other websites offer. This is the full active MLS inventory. If you don’t have to register, you’re not getting every property that is available. I do not sell your information to anyone else.
To save you even more time and effort, just fill out the Automated Home Finder’s Form. You do that once and I do the rest and you will receive e-mails of all properties in your price range in the areas you want and the amenities you need. This is the best way to search since you won’t miss a property that might be perfect for you.
