Here we are again. Comparing how real estate sales stacked up comparing 2007 figures to 2008. I’m actually surprised as I thought the decreases would be much worse. Attached properties took a real dive of over 38% as far as units sold. Otherwise, things weren’t as bad as many other towns. Here they are:
